I brew the vast majority of my home coffee in a 6cup chemex and an encore. I vary between a 24 for very light roasts to a 27 for dark. That varies based on batch size though, so small very light roast brews are at 24, larger light roast brews are at 25, most all of my brews are at a 26, and large batches of darker roasts I brew at a 27.
