Sidima Ntsangani holds a B.Sc. Honours Degree in Computer Science from the University of Pretoria. He has about 19 years of experience in the ICT environment having worked in the Telecommunications, Entertainment, and Banking Sectors. Sidima is currently responsible for the e-Government Programme that seeks to offer citizen convenience through an interoperable government.
